The Mission of Saving Face Radio

We believe that, despite the vital role they play in impacting wives, children and families, men (fathers and husbands) are a tremendously underserved, under resourced population in our society. Our desire is to creatively and with some (Questionable) humor, provide both challenging and affirming resources of character-and value-laden information and introspection for all those Couch Potatoes, Sunday Sluggards, March Madmen, Tool Droolers, Techno Geeks, Diaper Dodgers, Lingerie Longing Lusters, Gadget Gurus, Auto-maniacs, Brew-belliers, Midnight Grazers, Carb Cravers, Weekend Warriors, Channel Surfers, Gun Enthusiasts, Athlete wannabees, Dads Outta Touch, Mall Avoiders (Aversionists?), Wii-Wee-ers, Seat leaver-uppers, Screen Zombies, Bring your work homers, Recliner Nappers, Snore Deniers, Home boys, and scratching, spitting, belching Ideal Husbands and Perfect Fathers out there.  In some way, we hope to help one dad/husband feel a little more understood, and a little better equipped to deal with the often overwhelming and sometimes unrealistic expectations we men are faced with today.

(By the way, this is for women too! ) We expect them to be the ones who read and listen; who change the channel to put us on; or  download, print, and place us by the remote; or put us up on the door of the fridge! Saving Face Resources exists to provide supportive and educational information to men and families in an encouraging, accessible and relevant way in order to promote healthy relationships between people and with their Creator.
